Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is an enterprise-focused organization with four divisions: Enterprise Group (servers, storage, networking, consulting and support), Enterprise Services, Software, and Financial Services. A group within Hewlett Packard Enterprise called the Elite Solution Architects came to me looking for a logo that they could use to identify themselves within the company. They planned to use the logo in their email signatures, on business materials and on branded promotional items. My job was to provide the team with three options to choose from.

I knew from the information provided by my contact on the team that they really wanted the logo to speak to the solutions portion of their work and that it also needed to lean towards the idea of technology. Shown below are the three options I provided for them to choose from:
The feedback from the group was very positive and the logo shown in the middle above was the chosen logo to move forward with some minor feedback. They really wanted to include the green outlined box from the HPE logo. It was really no problem to incorporate it, as the letter Es in the logo lent for that type of treatment anyway. The iteration including the incorporation of the HPE box is shown below along with the HPE logo.
Thanks again for the good work – the boss was very impressed!
This project was a lot of fun to work on and I pleased with the way the client felt about the end product. If you would like to work with me on an upcoming project, please visit my website at www.stacybennett.com and fill out the contact form or email me at slbennett@stacybennett.com.
